To install presets on your phone through your computer, you need to download the desktop version of Lightroom from Adobe Creative Cloud. It doesn’t matter whether you’re using a Windows PC or a Mac.

Note: Lightroom on desktop is paid. A tip—use the 7-day free trial to install presets from your computer to mobile, then cancel if needed.

Install through your computer in Mobile

If both your phone and computer are synced to the same Adobe Lightroom account, any presets you install on the desktop app (Lightroom, not Lightroom Classic) will automatically sync to the Lightroom mobile app.

Note: Lightroom on desktop is paid. A tip—use the 7-day free trial to install presets from your computer to mobile, then cancel if needed.

1. Download the zip file "XMP(name).zip" to your computer (you don't have to unzip it).

2. Open Adobe Lightroom (not Lightroom Classic) application on your computer and select any image from your library (the image doesn't matter).

3. On the right side, you'll see a toolbar, click on the "Presets" button (two connected circles). The "Presets" section will open.

4. In the toolbar at the top right corner, you'll see a button with three dots, click on it. Another toolbar will open.

5. In the opened toolbar, choose "Import Presets".

6. Select the downloaded ZIP file (you don't have to unzip it) and import all the presets at once.

If you have Bundle package with many folders, you can choose them together and install at the same time.

7. Now the presets will be available in YOURS/USER "Presets" section both on your computer and your phone.

8. Enjoy!

Install through your phone in Lr

Right off the bat, I want to warn you! Grab some coffee and a little bit of patience, because APPLE has made this process painfully complicated for those with iOS phones.

Before we dive in, if it were up to me, I'd do this - I'd install the presets on mobile through the computer (read directions above).

However, if you still want to install presets only with your phone, you can! But the process will be a bit more time-consuming.

But let's be honest, if we can scroll through Instagram for hours, then we definitely have enough time for presets!

Let's go, I believe in you!

1. Download the zip file "DNG(name).zip" on your phone. Unzip it by clicking on it. There you'll see all the folders by styles.

2. Choose the folder. Select all 5 files (or more depending on the preset package you bought) click on the square icon with an arrow at the bottom of the screen, search and select the Lightroom app. Click on "launch lightroom now". These DNG files will be uploaded to your "All Photos" album in the Lightroom app.

3. Click on one DNG preset photo file in Lightroom. Click on the three dots in the top right corner. A new screen menu will appear. On this new screen, click on "Create Preset".

4. A new screen menu will appear. Name the preset according to the given names, or choose your own name. You can also group them into separate groups, but it's not mandatory.

(If you install presets from the Portrait Blur AI collection, please check the photo below.)

5. To save it, click on "save" in the top right corner. Congratulations, you've saved your first preset!

6. You need to repeat this process for each preset you want to save.

7. Where can you find the presets? Select any image from your Lightroom gallery. At the bottom, you'll see the Preset icon (two circles), tap on it. Go to the YOURS/USER section. Here, you'll see presets!
