Terms & Conditions

Dagneshi, Dagne Puncule, 24119313052, hereinafter referred to as the "online store," provides content and offers goods/services available on its website in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.

1. General Provisions

If a consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such an agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations "Regulations on Distance Contracts", and others.

2. Making Purchases

The prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
To place an order:

  1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.

  2. Fill out all required fields and select the most suitable delivery method.

  3. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will be displayed on the screen.

  4. Complete the order by making payment.

3. Payment Terms

The currency of transactions on the website is EUR. Purchases can be paid using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:

  • Latvia: Internet bank payments via Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor.

  • Estonia: Internet bank payments via Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor.

  • Lithuania: Internet bank payments via Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor.

  • Finland: Internet bank payments via Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki.

  • Visa/Mastercard payments.

NB: When using internet banking, confirm the order and click “Return to merchant.”
Personal data required for payment processing is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The contract takes effect upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after notification.

4. Delivery Terms

All offered products are digital and are not delivered physically. After purchase confirmation and payment, digital products are delivered electronically to the buyer's provided email address or made available for download via a special link.

Download links or access information are typically sent within 5–30 minutes after payment. In exceptional cases (e.g., due to technical issues), access information may be delayed up to 24 hours. If needed, please contact customer support at dagneshi@dagneshi.com.

Please note that all digital product prices include taxes (if applicable), and no additional delivery costs are applied.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Since the products offered are digital and delivered electronically, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products under the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (Article 29, Paragraph 6), which stipulates that withdrawal rights do not apply to digital content delivered electronically and not on a physical medium, once delivery has begun with the consumer's prior consent.

By making a purchase, the buyer confirms understanding that withdrawal rights do not apply after receiving the digital product.
If issues arise with accessing the purchased digital product or it does not meet the description, please contact us immediately at dagneshi@dagneshi.com to find a suitable resolution.

The online store is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances or obstacles beyond its reasonable control. The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods.

6. Consumer Rights for Non-Conforming Goods

The online store is responsible for non-conformities or defects in the goods delivered to the buyer within 6 months of delivery, provided such non-conformity existed at the time of delivery and is not inconsistent with the nature of the goods or defects.

The buyer must notify the seller of non-conformities immediately, within 2 months of discovery, by submitting a complaint via email to dagneshi@dagneshi.com.

The online store is not responsible for defects arising after the digital product has been delivered and downloaded to the buyer's device. If the purchased digital product has defects attributable to the seller, the buyer has the right to request the correction of defects or replacement of the product with a corrected or new digital version free of charge.

7. Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data

The online store processes only the personal data provided by the buyer when placing an order, such as name, surname, email, etc.

The online store shares personal data with delivery service providers to ensure the delivery of goods.

If you have explicitly agreed to receive marketing communications, including updates and news, we may occasionally contact you with information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process the email address you provided when signing up for marketing communication. Buyers can opt out of marketing communications by notifying us via dagneshi@dagneshi.com.

8. Dispute Resolution Procedure

For matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the buyer and seller agree to comply with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Any disputes between the seller and buyer will be resolved through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation or correspondence, they will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with Latvian legal regulations. Disputes between buyers (consumers) and sellers may also be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

Buyers may also seek resolution through European Union dispute resolution institutions.
